An organisation I follow on Facebook posted this article from Inc.com. I found it to be quite true, especially the part when the author of the article, Emma Brudner, Director of People Operations at Lola.com, said this:
"your mindset influences how you think about a problem, and how you think about a problem influences your course of action. And some actions are more effective than others."
