Grieving over a loss

Healing from painful experiences and trauma is hard. But not impossible.


One way to help with the healing process is to lament.


Lament is to express sorrow or regret for something. It is to mourn for or over.



"From the depths of despair, O Lord, I call for your help. Hear my cry, O Lord. Pay attention to my prayer. " Psalm 130:1-2

We are made with the need to grieve our losses, to cry out or weep when we are sad.


"I am sick at heart. How long, O Lord, until you restore me?" Psalm 6:3
